If your order is showing as being 'Returned to sender' by one of our delivery partners, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:
- The parcel was refused.
- Our delivery partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
- Your delivery address was incomplete.
- Your order was not collected from the pick-up point within the specified time frame.
We’re so sorry this has happened to your order. As soon as it arrives back at our warehouse we will process a refund for you as we cannot re-ship your order. If you’d still like your order we recommend placing a new order to a delivery address that is easily accessible to our delivery partners. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive back at our warehouse.
