If you want to return items from different orders, please send them as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and means you’ll get your refund faster.
For each return you process on our returns system you receive a unique tracking number from the carrier and if there are multiple items in the same parcel, it becomes difficult in the event we need to track your order should it go missing. We will only be able to claim for the unique tracking number that is shown on the outside of the box.
