Can I return items that I've paid for with rewards points?

Absolutely, you can return any unwanted item(s) the same way regardless of whether you bought it with a gift voucher, rewards points or paid by card, or a combination.

If you paid for your whole order with rewards points, then the refund will be credited to your Chelsea Peers account ready for you to use again. If you paid with a combination of rewards and another payment method, we'll refund the alternative payment method first and then the remaining amount will be credited to your account.
