Once you have created your returns on our returns portal, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then track your parcels progress using your tracking number. You’ll find this in the email you received when you dropped off your return, or in the email that contained your QR code or barcode.
If your return is showing as delivered...
You will of course receive an email confirmation showing your parcel has arrived. Please allow 48 hours before contacting us as our warehouse will need to check your returned parcel. We will then be able to confirm your refund for you and we'll send you an email.
