We're sorry we don't offer exchanges, if a different style or size is required, we will need to ask you to send the original item back for a refund and place a new order as desired within 28 days of receiving your order.
If you ordered using a discount code, you will need to re-order the item at full price. Keep in mind that we can only honour the discount if it is the same item/colour. Once it arrives, contact our customer services team to let us know you are keeping your item and we will process a discount refund for you.
