Do I have to pay for returns & How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

From 1st of March 2023, returns will cost £1.95 per order and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Our returns team will be working really hard to process your return and refund as fast as possible. Please do allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed from when your parcel has been dropped off. During busy periods it may take up to 14 working days.

We’ll send your refund to your original payment method, please note that the total refund amount takes into account any discount codes/vouchers used on your order. All refunds made are in line with what was initially paid for the item(s) purchased. You’ll get a refund confirmation email too, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to land back into your account. We will refund you using the same method of payment originally used for your purchase.

If we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide proof of postage, with your tracking details so that we can investigate the whereabouts of your parcel. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage.
