We may be able to change your shipping details on your order within 15 minutes of it being placed. In order to try and help you with this, please contact us through live chat during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or via our email hello@chelseapeersnyc.com, out of these hours we will be unable to assist you. We cannot guarantee we can make any changes during our busiest peak period leading up to Christmas.
Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your shipping details before completing your purchase. We will only ship your order to the delivery address you have inputted, we cannot take responsibility if the information provided is not correct or is incomplete.
If we are unable to change your contact details, you should be able to do so through your tracking link which has been provided to you by an email. If you are unable to change your address details your parcel will continue its journey to the incorrect address that has been inputted.
In the event your parcel is refused by the recipient at that address or the address does not exist, your parcel will then be returned to our warehouse. Once your parcel has arrived back at our warehouse we can then process a refund for you, as we cannot re-ship your order. Please note, this can take between 1-3 weeks to process.
If your parcel is accepted by the wrong recipient we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact us at hello@chelseapeersnyc.com we will try our very best to assist you but we cannot guarantee we will be able to retrieve your parcel once it has been confirmed as delivered.
