We have a limited window whereby we may be able to make some changes to your order so please do let us know as soon as possible and we will try our very best. Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your order before completing your purchase. During our busy peak period running up to Christmas we cannot guarantee these changes will be possible.
If we are unable to make these changes for you, there is a possibility you change your shipping address through your tracking link which has been provided to you by an email. If you are unable to change your address details your parcel will continue its journey to the incorrect address that has been inputted.
In the event your parcel is refused by the recipient at that address or the address does not exist, your parcel will then be returned to our warehouse. Once your parcel has arrived back at our warehouse we can then process a refund for you, as we cannot re-ship your order. Please note, this can take between 1-3 weeks to process.
If your parcel is accepted by the wrong recipient you will need to get in contact with us so that we can open an investigation for you with the courier company.
