Can I change or amend an item on my order?

Our warehouse team look forward to receiving your order and will immediately prepare it once it has been processed.

We are sorry we cannot change or amend your order once it has been placed. We may be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of it being placed. To cancel your order please call us on 020 4538 4464 or through live chat during the hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday out of these hours we will be unable to cancel any order, we cannot guarantee this especially during our busiest peak period leading up to Christmas.

Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your order and shipping details before completing your purchase. We will only ship your order to the delivery address you have inputted, we cannot take responsibility if the information provided is not correct. If your order cannot be cancelled don't worry you always have our easy returns system to use at any time for a refund, and you can access our returns portal by clicking HERE.
