Returns are free and easy. If a different style or size is required, you will need to send the original item back for a refund and place a new order as desired. We offer a 28 days returns policy from the date of arrival of your order. Please note that you will have 14 days from this date to register your return on-line, and a further 14 days for your parcel to arrive at our warehouse so that we can process your refund for you. Items must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tickets, labels, hygiene stickers, tags and original packaging undamaged still attached to qualify for a full refund.
All returned goods will be processed by us upon arrival at our warehouse, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the guidelines are not met.
We use Royal Mail for returns within the UK. The process is simple and most importantly it's FREE!
Access our return portal by clicking on this link https://chelseapeersnyc.com/apps/returns.
Enter your order number (eg 12345) and email address linked to your order.
Select which item(s) you are returning and why, please note if you have selected to return an item on the returns portal and this is not physically received we will not be able to process the refund for any item(s) not physically received.
You will then be given a QR Code which can be scanned from your phone, or you can also generate a shipping label too, which you can take to your chosen Royal Mail drop off.
Once you have posted your return you will be able to track it's progress.
Please do allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that the total refund amount takes into account any discount codes/vouchers used on your order. All refunds made are in line with what was initially paid for the item(s) purchased.
